Our Client has been running their business for more than two decades and has over 35 manufacturing locations across the country. They have adopted IT as an enabler for improving efficiency in their operations. As with other organizations who have significant IT assets, the Client faced significant challenges in managing their obsolete and out-of-operation IT assets in compliance with regulatory guidelines and reducing their carbon footprint. Given the geographical spread, it was becoming a big challenge to manage the compliances at a Pan-India level while ensuring optimal cost realization.

The Client partnered with Blubirch to leverage Blubirch’s market-leading and SaaS-enabled Asset Monetization Engine (BEAM) to arrive at the optimal cost recovery of assets across all client locations while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. BEAM is a market price discovery engine enabled by AI/ML testing, grading, and disposition rules. BEAM also has a curated set of thousands of buyers across India that ensures price discovery in an open, closed or hybrid auction model. Blubirch worked along with the Client’s diverse teams across locations, including multiple stakeholders and decision-makers to execute a seamless, error-free process, incorporating customer location-specific processes to ensure an excellent customer experience.
